What we receive
If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to provide: your name, company or hotel, email, phone, product interest and message. Fields marked “required” on the form are needed to answer your request. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
Like most websites, the hosting provider may process basic technical request information, such as IP address, browser and time of access, to deliver and secure the pages. The site itself does not run analytics or advertising scripts.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to reply, prepare a quote or discuss a potential supply relationship. For a request made before a contract, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. For ordinary business correspondence and website security, we rely on our legitimate interests in communicating with customers and keeping the site operational. We do not use the form to add you to a marketing list.
Who helps us deliver the form
When you submit the form, the information is sent securely to Web3Forms, which processes and forwards it to our email. Web3Forms says it uses infrastructure and spam-filtering subprocessors that may receive a submitter’s IP address and email, including outside the European Economic Area. Its data processing agreement describes transfer safeguards. Our email and hosting providers may also process the information needed to provide their services.
Anti-robot check
The contact form offers hCaptcha to help prevent spam. Its script does not load when you open the contact page. If you select “Load anti-robot check,” your browser connects to Web3Forms and hCaptcha, which may process your IP address, device and interaction information and may use cookies or similar technologies. See hCaptcha’s privacy policy. If you prefer not to load it, you can email us directly.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request, manage an ensuing business relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. You may ask us to remove an enquiry when it is no longer needed. Web3Forms states that form submissions are kept for a maximum of three years by default unless a shorter setting or earlier deletion applies.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction or portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights have legal limits. Send your request to info@gphotelsupplies.com. You may also complain to a data protection authority in the EU country where you live, work or believe a violation occurred.
